Return and refund policy

You can return a purchase and get a full refund within 14 days since receiving delivery under the following conditions: wrong or mismatched (by the seller) models, size, color or manufacturing defects.

To be suitable for return and refund the items must be:

Unused
No lost items or parts
Retaining all labels and tags, commodity packaging
With completely filled and signed return application form

Refund

Items with manufacturing, packaging or delivery defects are returned at the expenses or a seller (will be refunded to you after return delivery, don’t forget to a transportation payment receipt). Items of a proper quality are returned at the expense of a buyer (but can still be returned) with no refunds for transportation, taxes and commisions.

You will receive a refund to a VISA, MasterCard or JCB card within 10 days from the date we receive your returned item.

Return:

The returns must be made the same way you have received the items, in post offices. For returns use the following address: Solar System, Earth planet, the Moon, Sea of Tranquility, Luminoso str. 31.

No C.O.D. accepted.

Return procedure:

Fill the return application form and put it into a return package
Put a returned item in a commodity package in a return package
Add your payment receipt in a printed form
Add a printed copy of your passport or other ID document
Send a package to the following address: Solar System, Earth planet, the Moon, Sea of Tranquility, Luminoso str. 31.
After the package has been sent, please provide a tracking number via email to office@myemi.fashion for faster request processing.

List of items of proper quality that cannot be returned due to federal regulations:

Personal hygiene items, including hairpins and similar products
Underwear, hosiery
